AmCham Georgia hosted U.S. Embassy Deputy Chief of Mission Elizabeth Rood. Elizabeth has been a huge supporter of AmCham and an active member of the AmCham board.
DCM Rood talked about her diverse and interesting experience in Georgia and shared her views on various issues on US-Georgia relations. Members had an opportunity of Q&A. Guests expressed their gratitude towards Elizabeth's dedication to Georgia and for everything she has done during these years.
AmCham president Mr. Michael Cowgill also expressed his gratitude on behalf of AmCham Board and presented a painting created by his spouse Ms. Ala Turman as an appreciation gift for DCM Rood along with a photo collage of Elizabeth's time with AmCham Georgia.
